Lutheran World Relief Case Study
Challenge
Lutheran World Relief had a Special Reports newsletter to give donors more news about the stories they read about in appeals. The newsletter didn’t normally raise much money as it served as a softer fundraising ask. LWR wanted to get more out of this important communication.
Solution
We rethought the newsletter top to bottom, with a flexible layout that could be adapted to the available and most impactful content. We added standard fundraising tools like reply device, BRE, and cover letter to make the appeal more personal and encourage the recipient to make an additional gift.Â

St. Labre Indian School Case Study
Challenge
St. Labre’s Graduation Appeal, modeled after a high school invitation and featuring fabric squares for donor messages, had proven effective for years. However, rising production costs made the campaign increasingly difficult to sustain.
